Refunds/Cancellations Policy


At Zero Creation, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Policy:


Return accepted only for damaged or wrong product received.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your request within 3 days of your purchase.

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used during the purchase.

Once we receive your request for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed and credited to your bank account.

If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.

Cancellation Policy:


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If the cancellation request is received before the processing or shipment of the order, a full refund will be issued within 3 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or errors in pricing.
